IACE releases plans for inaugural meeting in 2020
Fort Worth, Texas — The International Alliance for Christian Education will conduct its inaugural meeting February 12-14, 2020 at the Rosen Plaza Hotel in Orlando, Florida.
The IACE sessions will model priorities highlighted in a recent blog post on the alliance’s newly introduced website. The post, titled “What is IACE?” identifies cultural awareness, confessional convictions, and communication, encouragement and development as key points of focus as the alliance begins its work.
The IACE event will run concurrently with the meeting of the Association for Biblical Higher Education, set for the same location.
IACE president David S. Dockery says it is important for each institution or organization to send representation to Orlando.
“We would like to have at least one representative from every member institution or partner to join us for this occasion,” Dockery said. “It would be great if presidents, chief academic officers, and chief operating officers could be present for this time.”
