The 7th IACE annual conference went as scheduled despite massive Winter Storm Fern that dumped snow and ice on 35 U.S. states. The path of the storm stretched from west Texas to New England, and resulted in road closures and thousands of airline delays.

Inclement weather prevented Nathan Finn from presenting his paper titled “Carl F. H. Henry, Biblical Inerrancy, and Evangelical Identity” at the pre-conference session devoted to examining the state of evangelicalism in the past 50 years. IACE president David S.  The 7th annual meeting broke a record for registrations with 190. Weather prevented some from attending in person, but IACE accommodated 28 registrants who participated via internet connections.
