Job Summary:

The Rosemead School of Psychology at Biola University is conducting a search for a Staff Psychologist to begin in July 2026, possibly sooner. Strong candidates will be clinical or counseling psychologists, license-eligible in California, with significant clinical, supervisory, and/or teaching experience.

The successful candidate will serve at the Biola Counseling Center (BCC), administered by Rosemead. BCC serves both student and community clients, functioning as a training clinic and an approved APA-internship.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a psychologist to join the BCC team and enjoy a blend of clinical supervision and teaching in the broader context of an academic community. This is a full-time position with Administrative Faculty status and benefits, including health insurance, 403b match, and tuition remission opportunities. In addition to salary and benefits, our Staff Psychologists have the opportunity to see private clients for additional income.

TITLE/STATUS OF POSITION:
Staff Psychologist, Biola Counseling Center/Rosemead School of Psychology
This is a full-time position with Administrative Faculty status and benefits including: health insurance, retirement match (403b), tuition reimbursement for dependents, and support for professional travel.

BASIC FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY:
The Staff Psychologist is responsible for the clinical supervision of BCC doctoral psychology practicum students, teaching undergraduate and/or graduate psychology courses for the Rosemead School of Psychology, and for delivering psychotherapy and other clinical services to the Biola University campus community.
