The purpose of the Department of Missiology and Intercultural Ministries is to equip students to faithfully fulfill God’s global aim for them through relevant, flexible, and practical academic programs and courses. The Department fosters a community of missiological scholarship and reflective learning where students grow in biblical, theological, and real-life skills to be effective godly servants no matter their intended ministry context. Students in this department will be equipped for a variety of missions-oriented ministries both internationally and in the U.S. through field-oriented training with special focus in house church planting and multiplication-oriented strategies, cultural analysis, intercultural communication, spiritual warfare, and healing-based spiritual formation.
