Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced nurse educator with a vital, growing faith in Jesus Christ to join our team. Experience in Med/Surg or OB/Peds, and/or online a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate and maintain a vibrant, growing faith in Jesus Christ.
2. Teach 24 credit hours per contract year.
3. Develop, implement, and evaluate the philosophy and objectives of the nursing education programs;
4. Design, implement, teach, evaluate, and revise the curriculum.
5. Develop and evaluate student admission, progression, retention, and graduation policies within the framework of Bryan College.
6. Provide opportunities for and evidence of student and graduate evaluation of curriculum and teaching and program effectiveness;
7. Demonstrate continued professional competency and personal/professional development.
8. Integrate appropriate learning technology throughout all teaching assignments.
9. Implement the school‘s evaluation and assessment plan based upon all relevant nursing standards and guidelines.
10. Participate regularly in faith, scholarship and practice/service activities.
11. Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

1. A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited college or university is required. A doctorate in a related area is preferred.
2. A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a commitment to serving Him and His church are required.
3. Endorsing without reservation our mission and standards of conduct is required.
