Job Summary:

College of the Ozarks is seeking applicants for a full-time faculty position in Biblical and Theological Studies at the rank of assistant or associate professor.

Job Responsibilities:

Specific teaching assignments include the college's general education Christian worldview classes, as well as major classes in Christian Mission and Apologetics.

Job Requirements:

A master's degree in a theological discipline is required; a Ph.D. in Mission or Apologetics is preferred. The department also prioritizes those with considerable ministry/mission experience. The successful candidate must embrace the College’s Christ-centered mission and demonstrate excellence in teaching undergraduate students, a commitment to serving as a mentor and positive role model, and an interest in the relationship of history to Christian faith. College of the Ozarks is a small (1,400 students), liberal arts, work-study college with a commitment to evangelical Christian faith and service located in southwest Missouri near Branson.
